Technical Support Policy
Compressor Software provides technical support to registered users of the
most current major versions of our software. If you purchased your software
you are already registered. To learn about when support will end, see Policy for out-of-date versions, below.
1. Policy for Current Versions
Compressor Software offers unconditional, free technical support to registered users of current major versions of our software.
2. Policy for Out-of-Date Versions
a. Older products/versions that are still supported
For software products on an annual release cycle, free technical support will end on December 31 of the year in the title.
For software products that are not on an annual release cycle, free technical support for out-of-date versions continues for one year after the date of purchase.
b. Older products/versions that are no longer supported
If your software is out of date and technical support has expired we strongly recommend that you upgrade to the current version. See information about current Compressor Software products.
